Terms & Conditions
An accommodation reservation is a limited licence to enter, occupy and use the accommodation of Glendoan, Ardara. As the owners/or owners representative, we retain the right to enter the Accommodation during your stay, if necessary, for example for maintenance, repairs, inspection or for security or policy breaches. We will of course, inform you prior to our arrival.
Queries, Complaints or Suggestions: Please let us know if you have any complaints, queries or suggestions about your accommodation at as soon as possible after your arrival so we can answer your questions or rectify any issues ASAP.
Check-in: From 16:00 – unless an earlier time has been agreed by prior arrangement.
Check out: Before 10.00 AM
No smoking. No parties or events.
No dogs allowed. (In respect of our woolly neighbours.)
You may not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed at the time of booking.
Only the guests that are booked in can be in the property. No invitees or extra guests are to be on the property at any time and no subletting is allowed.
Liability: The use of the property and contents is entirely at guest’s risk. The owners recommend you are covered by travel insurance for your holiday.
Health & Safety
1. We have committed to the Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning process.
2. Please be aware there are sheep in the fields surrounding the cottage. Please do not enter the fields or disturb the animals.
3. Please ensure all gates that you open are closed behind you, on the track up to the cottage.
4. No climbing on any of the stone ruins that are on the grounds of the cottage or on dry stone wall boundaries.
5. The cottage is fitted with a Carbon monoxide alarm and a smoke alarm. There is a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
6. For security the property driveway gate is monitored by CCTV.
Other stuff
We would appreciate it if you could recycle glass bottles at the bottle banks at Maloney’s Texaco Service Station, in Ardara. You are also able to deposit black sack waste and recycling here.
